We are Pauline and Marine, two digital communication experts. Both French nationals, Marine lives in Lausanne in French-speaking Switzerland, and Pauline lives in the Lucerne region in German-speaking Switzerland.

Hello, I'm Marine, from Lausanne 🇨🇭
After seven years in corporate roles across France, the United States, and Switzerland, I decided two years ago to forge my own path, going independent to help small businesses shape their communication.
This professional life built across three cultures has shaped the way I think, create, and tell stories. And I've learned one thing: what makes a good strategy isn't the budget. It's knowing where you're going, and why.
Today I'm moving to the next step: Kommunique, an agency of two with Pauline, between Lausanne and Lucerne. Still straddling two cultures, the famous Röstigraben!
With Pauline, it clicked after just a few meetings. Two minds, two cities, one goal: putting our know-how to work for Swiss SMEs.
This love of movement doesn't stop at work: I spend my free time building itineraries for destinations I haven't visited yet. A good trip, like a good strategy, starts with knowing where you're going. Professionally and personally, I remain the same Marine: I favour substance over noise, I have little patience for filler, and I believe one can hold high standards without ever taking oneself too seriously. That's me.

I had the idea of reaching out to Marine after our first meeting, where I immediately felt we clicked and had a lot in common! I quickly thought we could work well together.
After 6 years of running my own business solo in France, I wanted a new, stimulating collective project.
In my work, I help small and medium businesses structure their online visibility with simple, effective methods. I hate pompous jargon: my main goal is to pass on my knowledge and skills to help small businesses build a coherent digital communication that matches their goals.
I love varying projects to feed my curiosity and break the routine. There's more than one way to communicate, and the best way is yours.

How does your duo work?
We are Pauline and Marine, two digital marketing experts joining forces to offer you professional, tailor-made services. You get the benefit of both our areas of expertise within a single service! That's one of the strengths of our partnership, and what makes our services unique.
Why Kommunique?
We didn't choose this name at random! The word kommunique has two roots: "komm" for the German word kommunikation, and "unique," referring both to the French-speaking part of Switzerland and our French origins, but also to the unique perspectives we each bring to your communication strategy.
Kommunique therefore has a multicultural root that makes complete sense given our backgrounds and how the project came to be!
What's your geographic area?
Pauline lives in German-speaking Switzerland, in the Lucerne region, and Marine is based in French-speaking Switzerland, in Lausanne. Our goal is to break down the deeply rooted Röstigraben border, offering original communication strategies that cross that divide while still adapting to the specifics of each market.
Can I work with just Pauline or just Marine?
No, most of the time we work as a duo, since our strength lies in combining our two areas of expertise. That said, you can book a 1:1 Permanence Komm session with either Pauline or Marine only, depending on the slot chosen.
Will remote work affect our collaboration?
No, we'll always be transparent with you about our working conditions. We don't live in the same place, but we're in constant communication and travel regularly to hold in-person meetings and build a real connection. Our way of working is built around these particular conditions and won't affect our collaboration in any way!
In which ways are you different from a traditional agency?
We work differently. We're a small, human-scale duo with the closeness of a freelancer and the structure of an agency. You always talk to the same two people, who know your file.
Above all, we're designed to be a partner that grows with you. You can start with a one-off consulting session, move on to an 8-week strategic program, continue with ongoing social media management, then train your teams to become self-sufficient — all without ever changing providers or starting from scratch.
Can you support us on a broader scope — branding, website development, filming, etc.?
Yes, thanks to a network of selected partners. Our core expertise remains digital marketing strategy and its execution, but a project rarely stops there: you often also need a visual identity, a solid website, sometimes video or professional visuals.
Rather than improvising skills we don't have, we work with professionals we've chosen and are used to collaborating with: graphic designers for visual identity, web developers for building or redesigning websites, videographers and photographers for content production. We coordinate everything so it stays consistent with the strategy we've defined together — you have just one point of contact, even when the project involves several areas of expertise.
