The stratégie Komm is a two-month process designed to conduct a thorough assessment, structure your communication strategy, and launch the first actions, with Marine and Pauline by your side from start to finish. From the initial contact through to implementation, we don’t stop at advising you—we support you all the way to your desired results.

What does stratégie Komm. service consist of?

This is an in-depth, two-month program designed to transform your digital communication, from the initial assessment through to the final deployment phase.

While the permanence Komm helps you resolve a one-time issue, our stratégie Komm support gets to the bottom of things. We take the time to understand your business, your target audience, and your goals. We then develop a tailor-made strategy and guide you step by step through its practical implementation. We don’t leave you alone in front of your computer.

The Scope of the Support

The stratégie Komm offers complete support, giving you access to:

  • 2 months of support, renewable based on your progress
  • Ongoing support via Slack and email, Monday through Friday
  • A recap email sent at the end of the call
  • 3 progressive work modules: analysis, structuring, and implementation
  • A check-in video call at the end of each module and a wrap-up video call at the end of the two months
  • Resources and templates created just for you

Over the period of two months, we’ll take a detailed look at your digital communications, building on what you’re already doing well and suggesting new areas for improvement to help boost your online visibility. We’ll be with you every step of the way!

The 3-Module Program

The program is divided into 3 distinct modules that reflect the different stages of your development. They are intentionally designed to be progressive, allowing you to move forward step by step in a simple and practical way.

Here is the content of the stratégie Komm modules: 

Module 1 — Diagnosis & strategic foundations

We build a clear diagnosis of your current communication: audit of what exists, analysis of your target audience and competitors, defining your goals, selecting priority channels, clarifying your positioning and key message.

Deliverable: a strategic summary document — diagnosis, priority areas, action plan.

Module 2 — Structuring & Operational Implementation

We turn the strategy identified in the previous module into a concrete plan: editorial guidelines, editorial calendar, implementation or optimization of your platforms (website, social media, newsletter), reusable templates, and training on the tools.

Deliverables: a full editorial calendar and a set of ready-to-use templates.

Module 3 — Rollout, Visibility, and Management

This is the “hands-on” module! We launch the defined actions, set up digital advertising if relevant, establish a system for tracking key metrics, make adjustments based on the initial results, and empower you to take over moving forward.

Deliverables: a monitoring dashboard and an action plan for use after the mentoring period.

We adjust the duration of the modules based on your progress; if we don’t cover everything within the first two months, we’ll offer you an extension so we can continue our work.

  • 30-Minute Assessment Call

    It’s completely free and mandatory; we take the time to understand your needs and get to know you before proposing a program. This first contact is crucial!

  • Getting a Quote

    We'll send you the details of your bespoke programme and the quote for your signature within 48 hours.

  • Validation

    Please return the signed quote to us; we will then request a 30% deposit before work begins.

  • Assessment form

    You will fill out a preliminary questionnaire that we will send you so that we can better understand your needs and tailor our support accordingly.

  • Kick-off video call

    Once the formalities are taken care of, it's time to get started! We'll have a kickoff video call with Marine and Pauline to go over the plan, the first steps, and review your answers to the questionnaire.

  • The coaching

    Let's get started on two months of work with three modules, each lasting two to three weeks, with a video assessment at the end of each module.

  • Final evaluation

    We'll wrap up these two months of work with a final video call where we'll review the results together and address any remaining questions and discuss next steps.

*A 30% down payment is required at the beginning, followed by the option to pay in two monthly installments.
