The process

Here are the details on how a permanence Komm session with us will unfold: 

  • 90 minutes call video, one-on-one with Marine or Pauline
  • A prep questionnaire beforehand, so we can get straight to the point during the session
  • A recap email sent at the end of the call
  • A summary document will be sent to you within 48 hours with our diagnosis, recommendations and your priority actions
  • A follow-up check-in a month later, to review progress and discuss next steps if needed

Which steps to follow?

Booking your permanence session couldn't be easier! Here are the steps to follow: 

  • Online booking

    Book your time slot through our online calendar. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with an invoice to pay for your session and confirm your attendance.*

  • Completion of the preliminary questionnaire

    Once the payment has been made, you will receive a preparatory questionnaire that you must complete before the session. It will help us better identify your concerns and needs.

  • Visio call

    Log in using the link you received by email and enjoy 1 hour and 30 minutes of your expert advice

  • Summary Document

    Within 48 hours, we will send you a detailed summary of our session, including all the advice and topics we discussed, as well as a list of priority actions to implement.

  • 1-Month Follow-up

    We'll reach out to you one month after our session to check in on your progress and see if you need further assistance.

*Cancellations are accepted with a full refund up to 3 days before the appointment. After that time, the session cannot be refunded. It is essential that we receive payment no later than 48 hours before the session to confirm your registration; otherwise, we will be forced to cancel or reschedule it.
